Octopus & Wasabi Salad

• 1 tray contains 300g of seasoned cooked octopus
• Add sparkle to your sushi evening

You shouldn't try this before serving it to your guests - you'll definitely finish it before they arrive.
Tako wasabi  (or takowasa) means octopus seasoned with wasabi. The al dente texture of fresh chopped octopus, heightened by the kick of the wasabi really is very compelling.
Serve takowasa in sushi rolls or with toasted nori seaweed sheets and rice as a main dish, or surprise your guests by serving up a bowl with nachos. That will get them excited!

Also a perfect accompaniment for beer and sake.
