• 1kg of ready sliced smoked salmon, vacuum packed on a gold board
• A new side looks great when set out for guests

Our smoked salmon sides are from Norwegian fish. They're long sliced which means horizontally, so you get luxuriously long 30-50cm slices.

There are so many ways you can eat this, from just on its own standing at the fridge door (that's me!) to using it in your cooking, (since you have plenty), by way of some gorgeous sandwiches, not to mention canapes, with eggs for breakfast and did you ever scatter it on vegetable soup?
