Whole Scottish Smoked Scallops

• Each pack contains 3-5 smoked scallops without coral

• The sweetness of the scallop is combined with a light tang of smoke

Previously, we sold hot smoked scallops, however these are cold smoked. We were converted in a flash. They're ready to eat as soon as they've been defrosted. You could sear them on both sides for 10 seconds if you wanted to. It's a wonderful and easy opportunity to put a twist on the classic scallops starter. They're also an amazing addition to a seafood platter.
