Wild Swordfish Steaks

• Each pack contains two frozen swordfish steaks
• We recommend trying swordfish steaks on the BBQ
• A 320g pack would be enough to serve two good sized main meals

With a lovely meaty taste, swordfish is a great option for those who perhaps aren't a fan of 'fishy' tasting fish. Fry them in a litte butter with some garlic and lemon juice and they'll be perfect to serve with some new potatoes and a salad.
